ACDP calls for the Sexual Offenders Bill to be tightened

The African Christian Democratic Party in the Western Cape has called on parents and communities to take up the slack and watch, care and protect their children. 

This follows the increase of children going missing in the province in the past few months.

ACDP Provincial Leader Ferlon Christians has called for the Sexual Offenders Bill to be tightened. 

Christians added that they ask parents to be on the alert and take responsibility to look after their children.

“I don’t believe it is the police’s job to babysit children they are there to create a safe environment for us all".  Christians added
