Two people have died and another six injured in a single vehicle accident that took place at Bofors Circle in Epping late last night.

There had been six men around the age of 30 travelling in the Toyota Conquest at the time the vehicle rolled. It then crashed through a wire fence and came to rest on it’s wheels.

The vehicle was extensively damaged where one man had already died on the scene due to massive traumatic injuries. A second man was in a critical condition and despite paramedics’ efforts to stabilise him, his condition deteriorated and died on the scene.

ER24’s Vannessa Jackson said there had been no other vehicles that were involved in the accident and the police will be determining the cause.
