The Democratic Alliance in Limpopo says more than two-hundred new school textbooks were found dumped next to the Polokwane Magistrate's Court.

DA Spokesperson for education in Limpopo Desiree van der Walt said the books are English and Afrikaans syllabus textbooks for various grades.

Van der Walt said the department has until Saturday to release information explaining the book dump.

She further said if they don't, the DA is going to ask the Human Rights Commission to investigate.
