The search continues for the missing Mitchell’s Plain girl

Western Cape Police together with the Mitchell’s Plain Policing Forum are seeking the help of the public in finding a 13-year-old girl. 

Nuraan van Wyk’s parents filed a missing person case after she did not return from school on Friday afternoon. 

The girl was last seen in Portlands, Mitchell’s Plain.

The search for the girl on Friday continued until the early hours of this morning, however the search will continue today. 

CPF’s Abby Isaacs said the girl was wearing black pants, when she was last seen.

Isaacs added that the police and the CPF will continue with their search today and they will distribute pamphlets around. He urged the public to come forward with any information that may to locating the little girl.
