Netcare 911 spokesperson Jeff Wicks says two men were injured when their light aircraft ditched off the coast of Tinley Manor, North of Durban.
Paramedics say both men ejected from the aircraft before the crash and parachuted to the ground.
The cause of the accident was not yet known.
