The Congress of South African Trade
Union in the Western Cape said it
will be hosting a Procurement Conference on Monday.
Cosatu Provincial Secretary Tony Ehrenreich
said the provincial government is not participating in the conference because
they have generally been defending the generational advantages of white
suppliers in the province.

this and wants to keep that in place.
