The Deputy Minister of Correctional Services Ngoako Ramatlhodi today will be handing over three houses to families in Paarl and Khayelitsha.

The three houses were built by prisoners.

The Department says this is how they are commemorating Nelson Mandela’s birthday.

Department Spokesperson Simphiwe Xako says these three bed-roomed houses will help these families and there is their way of showing gratitude to the former President on his birthday.
