Four people died and three were injured in an accident in the Free State.
Two young children were among the four who died.
Netcare 911’s Jeffrey Wicks said it appears as though the driver lost control of the vehicle which veered sharply from the road and rolled many times before coming to a rest adjacent to the road.
Wicks said three people were treated and stabilised at the scene.
