SA to host the Civil Registration and Vital Statistics conference

The Department of Home Affairs will be hosting the Civil Registration and Vital Statistics conference from the 3^rd to the 7^th of September 2012 at the ICC in Durban.

The Minister of Home Affairs Dr Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma signed the host country agreement on Sunday. 

The conference will host 220 civil registration experts and 54 Ministers from different African states. 

Minister of Home Affairs Dr Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma says South Africa is very honoured to host this conference.

She added that this is very important for the African continent to be able to register its population and the future projections.
