Construction in Sea Point causes traffic congestion

The Construction for the expansion of the MyCiTi bus service has caused several complaints from commuters.
The construction site is at the intersection of Glengariff and Main road in Sea Point.
Commuters are complaining that the construction is causing congestion and bringing traffic to a half.
Ward Councillor in the area Beverley Schafer said that the area is the busiest one because of the pedestrians coming to the shopping centre.
She added that they have had a meeting with the project manager and an assurance has been given that the construction will be completed soon.
