Cape Town disaster risk management is assisting the families of a four-year-old boy and a 39-year-old man.
The two were killed when a fire destroyed shelters in Seawinds, Grassy Park, yesterday afternoon.
Several families were displaced in the blaze that killed Fadio Hendricks and Norman Veldtman.
It is suspected that the tragedy was caused by an electrical stove that was left unattended and overheated.
