Councillor Sandile Sello is allegedly serving as a portfolio head of Budget and Treasury in Alfred Nzo District Municipality
Cope provincial spokesperson Nkosifikile Gqomo says the councillor is being paid two salaries.
He added that it is an abuse of taxpayers money and the situation must be investigated.
