Two people died and several others injured in an accident in Durban

Rescue Care said two people were killed and 23 people injured in an accident involving a truck and two minibus taxis on the M13, Fields Hill in Durban. 

Rescue Care Spokesperson Garrith Jamieson said when they arrived they found that two taxis and a truck collided obstructing two lanes. 

This accident follows the tragic accident in Pinetown last month which left 20 people dead.

Jamieson said the two people had died before paramedics arrived and twenty three others patients had suffered serious injuries and they were stabilised on scene before being transported to various hospitals for further care.
