The body of a boy under two-years who went missing at
Hartbeespoort Dam on Sunday has been found.
This is after the boat the toddler and his family were in
capsized.
The body was retrieved by a forensic team following a
search which started yesterday and continued in the early hours of this
morning.
National Sea Rescue Institute Spokesperson Craig Lambinon
says despite an extensive search by the Hartbeespoort Dam throughout the afternoon
into the night last night, no sign of a child was found.
Police were on the scene this morning continuing with the search,
Lambinon added.
