The Department of Education in Limpopo said the delivery of textbooks to schools for 2015 is progressing well.

In 2012 schools in the province received their textbooks towards the end of the year, after a court order requested that the books be delivered to the schools.

Limpopo Education MEC Thembisile last week visited warehouses to monitor the progress and she was satisfied with the work currently going on.

Provincial spokesperson Paena Galane said in a statement that the department will ensure that every learner in every school has a textbook.
