The Congress of South African Trade Unions (Cosatu) expressed their concern regarding a child who suffered hot water burns in Mogwase in February who is still in hospital.
Cosatu North West Provincial Secretary, Solly Phetoe says that this is all caused by the problems of services delivery.
Phetoe said that the child was burnt because there is no electricity in the area.
He added that the community had been calling for the municipality to provide them with the basic services for quite sometime.
