Three suspects appeared in the Durban Magistrate’s Court again today on allegations of dealing in rhino horns.
Rajendran Moodley, Sithembiso Luthuli and Samgelo Sibiya were arrested in a sting operation in March.
The men allegedly tried to sell an undercover police member a six-and-a-half-kilogram horn in the parking lot of Durban’s Elangeni Hotel.
The suspects allegedly tried to sell the horns for one-and-a-half-million-Rands.
