SAPS doing their 67 minutes for Madiba

The South African Police Services across the country are doing their bit for Mandela Day by engaging in community projects.

This morning Chief Operations Officer, Christine Mgwenya visited the Mmachipa Childrens Home for the Mentally Impaired in Hebron in North West.

She handed over wheelchairs, groceries and other items to the children.

Police spokesperson Dennis Adriao said all South Africans should volunteer their time today in tribute to Madiba.
