Early on Saturday morning a serious accident occurred on the N7 Highway in Bothasig.
The single vehicle is believed to have left the road with three male occupants between the ages of 20 and 40.
ER24’s Andre Visser said two of the men had been ejected from the vehicle as the car overturned and slammed into a steel fence, while the other man was still entrapped in the vehicle.
He added that ER24 paramedics later arrived at the scene, found the man still entrapped in the vehicle and freed him.
Visser said all of the men received treatment on the scene for injuries ranging from head, chest, suspected back and neck injuries and broken bones.
The men were later transported to hospital for further care.
