Three injured in Newlands West crash

Three people were injured in an accident along Inanda Road Newlands West, late on Saturday evening.

Three cars smashed into each other.

Netcare 911’s Chris Botha said when they arrived on the scene; the people were still trapped in the wreckages.

He added that the Netcare rescue team had to use the Jaws of Life to cut some of the injured out of the cars.

After the injured was removed from the wreckages they were taken to hospital for further care.
