Health call centre a success

The Western Cape Department of Health has stated that the call centre which was launched earlier this month has been successful. 

Department spokesperson Mark van der Heever said the call centre had since its launch this month received 22 complaints.

Eighteen of which were resolved and four were being investigated. 

Heever added that regular facility visits would be conducted to inform patients of the service.
