Legal action against HPCSA placed on hold

The South African Dental Association has decided to temporarily place their legal action against the Health Professions Council of South Africa on hold.

HPCSA Last week released a tariff guideline.

SADA Chief Executive Officer Maretha Smit said that this comes after they had a meeting with Council President Professor Sam Mokgokong.

Smit said that they heard on the meeting that the publication of the proposed tariff guidelines had been placed on hold.
