Violence at the Lonmin mine claims ten lives

The violence at Lonmin’s Marikana platinum mine in North West has claimed a tenth life.
Nine other people two police officers, two security guards, three protesters and two other men have been killed in clashes at the mine since Friday.
Journalists came across the tenth man’s body near a hill at Wonderkop near the mine where mine workers had gathered for a meeting yesterday morning.
Reports say what looked like an animal skull had been placed on the man's chest.
