A 4-year-old boy from Muizenburg who was kidnapped in June last year has been found alive in Gauteng.

Police Spokesperson Brigadier Hangwani Mulaudzi explained that they managed to track the girlfriend of the suspect which in return led to information of the mothers suspect and the whereabouts of the boy.

Extensive investigation by police in the Western Cape, Limpopo and Guateng led to a major breakthrough after the 29-year-old wanted suspect was identified and arrested for kidnapping the 4-year-old boy.
