A medical report suggesting tourist Anni Dewani was killed in cold blood in Cape Town has been leaked.
The leaked medical report also suggests that Anni was in no way sexually assaulted.
Dewani was murdered in what was initially thought to be a hijacking, but after further investigation and arrests, it is alleged that her husband Shrien paid to have her killed.
On Friday extradition papers by the department of justice have been processed.
This move by the department of justice is clearing the way for the extradition from the United Kingdom of the murder accused.
