Petro South Africa wants back the millions of rands it is owed by the late controversial businessman Sandile Majali.
PetroSA's spokesperson Thabo Mabaso has confirmed that there is still an argument between them and Majali's company, Imvume Management.
It is alleged that Majali still owes PetroSA more than 5-million-Rand from the 15-million-Rand PetroSA paid as a down payment to Imvume Management for a crude oil supply deal in 2004.
The company is planning to claim from Majali’s estate in order to get back its money.
