The National Prosecuting Authority has submitted papers for the extradition of British murder-accused Shrien Dewani to the South African justice department.
NPA spokesperson, Mthunzi Mhaga, told media that they believe the papers that have been submitted to the department of justice is in order and will convince the court to grant them the extradition.
Mhaga says the NPA is confident that in a reasonable time, they will have Dewani in South Africa
Dewani is accused of paying to have his wife killed in a staged hijacking in Cape Town.
He was granted bail in Britain after his arrest earlier this month.
