The body of a nine-year-old-boy and his dad was found in their Tafelsig on Friday evening.
The boy was allegedly badly beaten and choked to death while it appears as if his father tried to commit suicide.
Police spokesperson Constable Voegt said, “They were declared dead on the scene.”
A murder docket has been opened.
