Man critical after crashing into a tree in Constantia
A man was critically injured after he lost control of his vehicle, causing it to crash into a tree, off Doordrift Road in Constantia, on Thursday morning.

found a man, believed to be in his 30s, lying trapped inside the wrecked light
motor vehicle, which had stopped on the side of the road.
‘’Medics assessed the man and found that he had sustained
numerous injuries and was in critical condition. The man was extricated from
the vehicle, treated and provided with several advanced life support
interventions.’’
Meiring said the man was transported to Groote Schuur
Hospital for further care.
