Cape Town actuary Fred van der Vyver’s 46-million-Rands malicious prosecution claim against the Minister of Police has been postponed to April.
Van der Vyver’s girlfriend Inge Lotz, a Masters student at Stellenbosch University, was found beaten to death in her flat in the town five years ago.
Van der Vyver was tried for the murder but later acquitted.
The long postponement is because Judge Anton Veldhuizen is going on long leave
