The South African Communist Party in the Western Cape
This is after a 22-year-old woman was
brutally raped and murdered in Gugulethu last week.
The SACP has called and urged for street
communities to be revived so that communities can be liberated from the fear of
hardened and budding criminals.

Sokoyi said these incidents of rape are redressing all the work that has been
in emancipating women in South Africa
