One person died and another was
critically injured on the N3, under the Links field Bridge.
It is believed that a vehicle they
were traveling in drove into the back of a tanker truck.
Netcare 911’s Santi Steinmann said
when paramedics arrived on the scene the driver of the vehicle had sustained
serious injuries and the other passenger had died.
Steinmann said the driver was
treated at the scene and then transported to hospital for further treatment.
