The case against Gauteng racehorse owner t a 31-year-old Gauteng racehorse owner, Daryl Peense, has been postponed to the 26th of January 2011.
Peense faces charges of assault after he spilled his drink on President Jacob Zuma at the Durban July.
Peense made a brief appearence at the Durban Magistrate's Court this norning accompanied by four relatives.
It was reported that the trial could not start because Peense's lawyer made representations to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
