Shrien Dewani will remain in jail this follows an appeal lodge against the granting of bail of 250-thousand-pounds.
Dewani was arrested on a South African extradition warrant.
The Westminster Magistrate's Court yesterday, granted bail to Dewani but the South African authorities lodged an immediate appeal.
Dewani, whose wife was shot dead last month when they visited Gugulethu, was arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of conspiring to murder her.
Shrien Dewani will remain in jail until a High Court hearing.
