A 5 year old girl from Lephalale in Limpopo will have her finger amputated and the affected muscle removed from her arm after she was bitten by a Mozambican spitting cobra.
The grandmother said ,Mikayla Robberts underwent an operation on Wednesday to remove a muscle from her hand and arm.
The doctors found that the poison had gone through the muscle.The finger will be amputated tomorrow and she was sedated .
She is going to be under doctor`s supervision for a period of two months.
