The sanral has contacted all the customers that were wrongly charged for the e-tag last week .
This comes after complaints from the motorists that were receiving notifications that money was deducted in their accounts .
The Gauteng motorists were the most affected by these charging .as the tolling system is supposed to starting in February next year.
SANRAL says they have deactivated the accounts as of Friday.
The e-tag registration began on November 7 with users depositing R50 into accounts to create an initial balance with tolling system.
