The South African Roads Agency Limited has remained silent on claims that ,some motorists in Gauteng who have had the e-Tags fitted are already paying .
The sandral website clearly states that the province`s e-tolling system is meant to come into effect next year in February .
These claims were echoed by motorists who say they have received notifications that money is being deducted for statements and notifications via sms and posts.
The sandral is yet to comment on the issue as more .
