A 17 year old crashed into another vehicle yesterday outside Brits.
The teenager had overtaken a car and then veered to the right when another oncoming vehicle was approaching ahead.
The driver crashed into another stationery car and then overturned.
The passenger of the other vehicle died on the scene and six others were then rushed to a nearby hospital.
A case of culpable homicide and reckless driving has been opened.
