An ongoing shortage of fuel is still continuing in the country. Fuel companies are struggling to meet demands.
Earlier in this week, there was an oil leak in Alberton at a Shell depot. This has caused a lack in certain grades of fuel. In the Gauteng region all grades of fuel is been affected.
Fuel giant, Sasol, says a sudden rise in the demand for fuel also contributed to the sudden shortage.
Motorists wanting to visit the Kruger National Park are advised to fill up on fuel as the nature reserve has run out.
