Blood tests on Zizi Kodwa, Zuma’s adviser show that he had no alcohol in his system during the time he was arrested for suspicion of drinking and driving.
Kodwa was detained in Rosebank last month. He insisted that he had not been drinking, something the results of the blood tests confirm.
Gugulethu Madlanga Kodwa’s lawyer says his client will file a five-million- Rands lawsuit for wrongful arrest and detention.
Madlanga said a summons would be issued in 30 days.
