DA concerned about racist attack at the University of Free State

The Democratic Alliance Youth today said it condemns the alleged racist attack that happen at the University of the Free State on Wednesday, whereby two white students drove over a black student with a bakkie. 

DA Youth Leader Mbali Ntuli said when the student confronted the two students he was beaten up. This is particlary worrying to the DA because our generation should be the one taking the country forward despite our race motivated past.

“The youth is the only hope South Africa has of becoming a truly inclusive society. Whether the diversity training that has been taking place at the university, but we believe a stronger approach needs to be taken,” Ntuli added.

Police are currently investigating this matter.
