Police hunt four after Woodstock robbery

Police in the Woodstock area are searching for four men who robbed a businessman outside Standard Bank in Victoria road.

The men made off with R27 000 in cash. They sped off in a white motor vehicle, which is believed to have been stolen.

Medical staff was treating Hendrik Van der Heever for a concussion, after he was assaulted this morning. This took place just before he entered the bank.

"I just parked my car in front and as Iwas walking into the bank, four males attacked me and took the money", said Van de Heever. He told police that he only managed to see of one of the men.
