Metrorail trains in the Western Cape are running normal again.
This comes after trade unions SATAWU and UTATU called their strike action last night.
On Tuesday, train operators went on an illegal strike following a dispute to practical implementation of the rotational shift system agreed to in principle during wage negotiations in May this year.
Meanwhile, Golden Arrow will continue to assist season train ticket holders outside of peak hours.
