Advocate Thabo Nogemane, the lawyer of one of the men accused of murdering tourist Anni Dewani has expressed his concern on the safety of his client in prison.
Mziwamadoda Qwabe has accused the police of torturing him after his arrested in last month.
He is one of the three men who were arrested was after Dewani was murdered in a hijacking in Gugulethu.
His co-accused Xolile Mngeni has also come out with similar accusations.
Police however say the men must report their torture claims to the Independent Complaints Directorate or nothing can be done to help them.
