The Communications Workers’ Union has prepared a report implicating Telkom executives to illegal acts.
The report is said to contain internal memos as well as accounts from whistle-blowers that accused senior executives of corruption and nepotism.
The Telkom board has brushed off the contents of the report, saying they were put together by unhappy employees who are facing disciplinary action.
Acting group CEO Jeffrey Hedberg and head of Telkom South Africa Nombulelo Moholi are two of the executives under attack in the report.
