Goodwood police have arrested a man for being in possession of Tik with an estimated street value of 650-thousand-Rand on Saturday.
Police spokesperson Frederick van Wyk says, “A man was seen getting out of a vehicle with a black bag during a roadblock in Frans Conradie Drive.
“When police approached the man he ran away. Police grabbed the bag and found the drugs.”
“The police then chased the man and arrested him,” he added.
The suspect faces charges on drug-dealing and will appear in the Goodwood Magistrate's Court on Monday.
