Germany launches the You Think Green ambassador’s programme #COP17

The German Emissions Trading Association launched their You Think Green ambassador initiative at COP17/CMP7.
The You Think Green initiative is an international initiative for climate protection and sustainability. Around 200 students, aged between 15-20 years, from eleven countries will be participating in the programme.
The programme will train young people be to climate ambassadors and players in sustainable development.
The eleven countries are Germany, Poland, Italy, Iceland, Bulgaria, Turkey, Egypt, Namibia, India, Brazil and Peru.
The You Think Green communication manager Jaime Sperberg says the programme falls under three concrete themes which are “be sustainably mobile, consume sustainably and use energy and resources sustainably. #COP17
