Selebi must pay back all his legal fees

The Department of Justice has confirmed that Jackie Selebi will have to pay the State back all his legal fees.
Reports say the former national police commissioner’s debt could be as high as 15-million-Rands.
Selebi’s appeal against his sentence of 15-years in jail for corruption was rejected by the Supreme Court of Appeal yesterday.
Despite the former Interpol head collapsing on hearing the news, Justice spokesperson Tlali Tlali says Selebi has until tomorrow evening to report to Johannesburg Prison.
