Sabelo Mgotywa the NUM Youth Structure’s National Secretary said:
“The minster does not have the
power to declare free education. The only person who can do that is President
Jacob Zuma.

Jacob Zuma must declare free education in South Africa.
With the current situation
happening, if he can say something these challenges will be over and it will be
history.
The only person that can talk

We’re asking him to come out
loudly and tell South Africans when we’re getting free education.”
