Police are investigating the murder of an unknown man in Sekhukhune in Limpopo.
Police suspect that the victim was killed during a mob
justice incident yesterday.
According to the police, the man was stoned to death and
then burned beyond recognition by a group of residents.
The motive for the attack is unknown and the deceased is also
unknown.
“It is alleged that the victim was found with a load of
copper cables in the back of the motor vehicle, an Opel Corsa van, that he was
travelling in, when he was stopped and attacked,” Ledwaba said.
